T-ara in 2009 or 2010. At first they debut as 6 member, Hyomin, Soyeon, Jiyeon, Qri, Eunjung and Boram. This time Jiyeon did not find her eyeliner yet cause she was still High School girl.
Their debut song Lies was great for me. Also their project unit with SPEED 'Time To Love' was soooo great that their company make re-make of this song with all member of T-ara. At this time T-ara was just a mediocre group. November 27 2009 (source: Wiki) they release Bo Peep Bo Peep which is their breakthrough song, they won many of music show. Then Jiyeon and Eunjung got offered with acting in drama/film (Eunjung was already in drama before debut I think). Eunjung and Jiyeon was really great with their acting path. (Death Bell 1, Death Bell 2, God of Study, Dream High 1, Dream High 2, White:Melody of Curse).
July 2010, addition of new member Hwayoung which is the maknae together with Jiyeon cause they both 1993line. "Why Are You Being Like This" was the first song that featured T-ara new member.
After that YayaYa promotion. I think this is the weirdest outfit of T-ara concept for their album. I think the member themselves admit it.
Kpop at this time already found "The Eyeliner" that enhance their beauty? But they still pretty without it.
The next comeback is.... what I should say? Their most popular with public, this song gave them a wide-range of popularity. Everyone know the dance and the melody. This song was T-ara most significant feature? Whatever... Roly Poly is great, awesome, daebak, spectacular and everything... They receive massive popularity and love from Korea and their international fan. Jiyeon was like everywhere during this time also T-ara. But I notice that Qri, Boram and Hwayoung still did not get a little attention to them yet. Promotion of Roly Poly in 2012.

Also T-ara used rotation leader system. Before Roly Poly promotion, Boram and Eunjung have been the leader for previous promotion. During Roly Poly era it was Hyomin. Some of their CF (to show T-ara success during this time).
They also advanced to Japan but I don't remember when was it. But literally to say T-ara hit their peak this era. They continued their success with Cry Cry and Lovey Dovey. Lovey Dovey is great for dancing time of course. I noticed during this time Hwayoung already catch some attention of public by a resemblance to Park Shin Hye. During this two song Hwayoung have a short haircut that's why she resemblance Park Shin Hye cause it look like the same with PSH character in He's Beautiful. And Jiyeon is soooo pretty this time. I mean really pretty, cause she already over her innocent-high school time.

Before Lovey Dovey there was joint project of Soyeon, Jiyeon, Hyomin and Hwayoung with Davichi. Title 'We Were In Love'. I really love Soyeon voice and in this song, really show Soyeon great vocal (of course Davichi is great). Also Hwayoung rap was awesome in this song.
And they continue their success with Lovey Dovey. Catchy song and breathtaking choreography.
During Lovey Dovey and at the end of Cry Cry promotion, the leader was Soyeon turn.
T-ara was at the top during this time. Their song, and they appeared in variety show, they shoot commercial film. Jiyeon, Eunjung, Hyomin in drama, also Soyeon made acting debut. It was great and awesome era of T-ara. ❤
