For whom to blame the spotlight of each member in Kpop especially girls group. Lets take a look on SNSD at first the spotlight was all on Yoona.

it still Yoona but in term in variety show, the member already most of them receive their spotlight, such as Sunny and Yuri in Invincible Youth, Jesicca with Sica-effect or Ice Princess, Seohyun The Goguma Couple, Tiffany the smiley eyes, Taeyon the kid leader and ahjumma laugh ^^ still Hyoyeon working for her spot, and of course Sooyoung also try his hand in acting and being MC

in 2014 finally SM cherish the dancing queen Hyoyeon, it so happy to see her at centre (although Yoona behind her). For me the member just have to wait and do their best and get any opportunity cause their spotlight will come one day. It took about 5 to 7 year for Hyoyeon to be the centre.. think about it.

For miss A, 4 Minute, SISTAR, SECRET, After School, A-Pink, F(x) it not the time for the other member to shine yet, I hope all member success and receive the same spotlight in KPOP industry. Suzy, Hyuna, Hyorin, Hyosung & Sunhwa, Uee & Nana, Eunji & Naeun, Sulli & Krystal, there are all the person that the only receive the most spotlight and popularity of their group and of course money.

Although it seem unfair, but all of this happening. YES! They have their own fanbase for each member, but how mush does Korean people cherish each member, is it the same they cherish Hyuna and Jihyun the leader? is it the same how they react to Hyosung and Hana(Zinger)? also I also feel pity that Korea people all crazy over Suzy than the other member, the Say A love all of member but the other people just SUZY and HYUNA (for 4 Minute case)! Just wait for the timing I think.
